Neelam Upadhyaya (born 5th October, 1993) is an Indian
actress who works mainly in the Telugu and Tamil film industries. She
epitomizes the Indian woman who can raise my blood pressure (besides other
things) with a seemingly innocuous show of – literally – her bare feet.
